The Coaching Process Here’s how the coaching process works. Usually we’ll start with a free coaching consultation, which gives us the chance to get acquainted, talk about your goals and dreams and answer any questions you may have about life coaching and my services.
It’s an opportunity for you to get a taste of the difference it will make to have a coach. When you decide to sign on, the coaching relationship begins by selecting a coaching package. You will then take a DISC and a Values assessment, identifying your communication style and motivation factors. Both of these assessments help me to understand not only your "wiring," but also identifies what energizes and motivates you. Our coaching relationship will provide a consistent, affirming support structure, keeping you focused and on track. Along the way, we’ll have plenty of chances to brainstorm, overcome obstacles and celebrate your wins. Don't worry, we’ll have lots of fun too! We’ll build an authentic, energizing partnership, where we can laugh together, share deeply and converse with passion about your future. What’s Included and What it Costs
In a typical coaching relationship, we'll meet two to three times per month by phone for 45 minutes to an hour each session. Additional options include e-mail contact and short “check-in" calls between sessions as needed. During our initial intake session, we’ll outline the details of the relationship based on your specific goals and needs. Rates vary depending on the frequency and package selected. I ask for a three month commitment up front to ensure you see the results coaching can bring. We’ll go month-to-month after that. I’ll send you a contract that includes these details so we have everything in writing. AssessmentsCoaching sessions for the sole purpose of debriefing behavioral and career planning assessments are also available. An all inclusive fee will be provided.
